Pensacola Museum of Art (PMA) is seeking additional volunteers to serve on the Coordinating Committee and in many other areas of the Art in the Park Event, May 15th and 16th, 2010.

The coordinating committee assists with major aspects of planning and execution of this event and all volunteers and committee members are largely responsible for the on-site execution of the event, thus requiring a significant time commitment the weekend of the event.

Committees work on various components of the two day event, including artists’ market, exhibitions, volunteer recruitment, souvenirs, entertainment and more. Experience in special events or with the arts is not necessary, but energy and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. These are working committees and require a strong personal commitment. Availability during the event dates is required.
